    Robin, Mark and Russ are all close friends involved in flyfishing who call the Central California and Central Sierra Nevada mountains their home.  They are rarely home, however, as outdoor activities, business and other duties frequently take them to diverse areas -- particularly in California.  Robin is  a credentialed Public school teacher and coach, specializing in Physical Education and computer education. Mark is a practicing Dentist specializing in re-constructive dental work as well as family practice and is active in local politics.  Russ is a Senior Network specialist for a large computer maintenance firm with a contract to maintain the computers for Tulare County with time off   for bowling.
      Dr. Soon Lee is a semi-retired dermatological surgeon based in the Southern California area with extensive connections in Singapore.  Soon is one of only a few FFF certified master casting instructors in California as well as an avid golfer.  Wherever he goes he takes his travel rod and golf clubs.
     Kevin Turl is the most recent addition to our partnership.  Kevin is owner of the Boat Shop in Porterville, California and brings extensive experience in watercraft to our business. Kevin is the current President of the Kaweah Flyfishers
       Flyfishing is the common bond that brought these diverse individuals together, a bond which has become strengthened through friendship and their mutual business endeavor.  They fish together when business, community, and other avocational interests allow.
       Robin manages the business, guides, does the website work, and builds the rods.  Mark is an expert fly plate framer fast gaining a reputation for his craftsmanship and innovation in layout and conducts casting instruction as well.  He learned his framing from well-known FFF master framer Darwin Atkin and strives to live up to the standards that Darwin has set for the industry.  Russ is the resident flytier, learning his craft from largely from Busek Award-winner Wayne Luallan whose reputation is both wide-spread and well-deserved. Russ is also the chief financial officer for CFT and provides the expertise in business and computers to keep things running.  Soon Lee is a top notch caster as well as a fishing fanatic. Though he plays golf regularly, he readily passes-up a golf game to go flyfishing.
        Though specializing in flyfishing and computers, California Fly Technologies is planning on expanding into different outdoor recreational areas in the near future and is conducting negotiations with several businesses and individuals to expand into different geographical areas and specialties.
        Robin and Mark are active in and former officers of  the local flyfishing clubs, and Kevin and Russ are current officers for the Kaweah Flyfishers.  Mark is a former Secretary of the SWCFFF -- a post which Robin currently holds.  In addition to being active at the local and state levels, Robin is a former International Director of the Federation of Flyfishers and is one of a relatively few FFF members to be members of and to  have held offices in two FFF councils at the same time.
